Beginning

I go for surgery in the morning 11 /16 I am so nervous and hungry I can't have anything after 12 midnight. Can someone please tell me if it's OK to eat a couple of pieces of watermelon thanks

I wouldn't risk it. It is high in sugar. Just go to bed, don't be nervous, it will be fine!!!

You could choke on your own vomit while under sedation. Its REALLY not good to eat before any surgery. Its not about calories or carbs. Its dangerous! Be safe!

It's normal to be nervous, it'll be all done soon and you'll be on track to a better you. I don't regret my decision one bit.
