Ok guys so far since my surgery Nov 7 I been so good on my liquid diet but today it has been so hard
I have been having head hunger and my taste bud are craving for so many delicious food but I know my tummy can't handle it..I am waiting for this coming Friday for my doc to move to the next phase and hopefully I can at least try to eat an egg..with all of this in my head is driving me crazy because I also have to cook for my six year old son even though is very tempting I don't try anything but sometimes I feel down thinking I would never be able to enjoy food anymore...please sleevers tell me what has help you guys and is there light on the other side of the tunnel?? And yes I know the losing weight and getting healthy but do you ever go back being normal again and enjoy food at least very small portions??
