Personally, I wouldnt because it wasnt on my approved foods list and because it still has 11g of carbs. Youre better off drinking half of a chocolate Protein drink heated up.

What does your plan say? On my plan, that would not have been allowed...

My pre-op diet is clear liq uids, specifically wate r, brot h, and sugar-free jell o.

Hot chocolat e is not on the list.
