Thank you, I was in the high 200's so that might be the reason. You have done awesome and we all will hit that stall, just keep your Water and Protein up and you will float right on through that stall. Good luck and congratulations again.

It's mainly water loss so no cause for alarm, especially if you are currently taking in little or no carbs. It should level soon, so unless you have a fever and other serious side effects, I think you're doing great. :)
