Can't tolerate chewable vitamins

I gag/vomit when I take my chewable vitamin. So today I picked up some store bought gummies. I know their not considered "complete" but some vitamins are better than none right? When did your dr allow you to start taking pill form multivitamins?

    I got the multi Vitamin Patches from patch MD, look for them on Facebook and chat them up and will give you a 30% off code to order them off website. I'm a year post op and gagged on chewable Vitamins all the time. I've been using the patches for a month and labs are perfect!!
