Dumping syndrome reactions vary from person to person, but generally the symptoms are nausea, diarrhea, rapid heart rate, weakness, and sweats. Basically, you feel awful.

Just diarrhea alone probably isn't dumping syndrome but a reaction to the pure fluids or Fluid Proteins not sitting well in your system.

If you are really dumping you feel like you are dying or you just want to die to get it over with. Just having the runs isn't enough. You would know because you would be completely miserable.
