Waist Training

Has anyone tried any waist training? I carry all my weight in my stomach and cant seem to shrink it much. I am losing weight every week, but it never seems to be from my midsection. It is has gotten a lot softer and I am down to a size 12 but it the weight seems to stick around. I workout every day and do ab workouts 3-4 days a week along with cardio every day. I was doing some reading on getting rid of belly fat and came across an article on waist training. Sounded interesting, if not a little uncomfortable at times, but if it works I thought I would try it. Any one have any experience with it?

A good compression garment will shape you so you look better in cloths and not restrict your abdominal organs.
