I got a TENATIVE DATE OF 11-16-2016. Does that usually mean surgery on that day? I guess it's up to insurance to approve it now.

Yes as long as the surgery is approved by your insurance then they will do it that day most likely unless some type of emergency would come up

Like mine has been scheduled but my insurance has not approved it yet I will know by the end of the week if it's approved but my caseworker at my surgical center said that there's no reason it shouldn't be approved
