Low energy days

I'm 17 days post op, taking all my Vitamins, drinking the required amount of Water and then some and getting all of my Protein in.

Some days are great and I feel good and get a couple miles of walking in and tons of chores done but then the next day I'll crash, have no energy and barely able to get out of bed.

Anyone else like this too?

I am TOTALLY like this. I walk a minimum of two miles every day, and some days more than that. I'm so tired, that I haven't been able to take a shower yet because I don't think I could stand in there long enough.

It is really puzzling sometimes because some days are just fine and others are exhausting. There is no rhyme or reason to it.

I'm also 17 days post op and I feel the same way! I'll go great for a day or two then bam! I'm exhausted. Like you I'm getting my protien, Water and Vitamins in everyday. Guess it's all apart of it. I saw my Doctor yesterday and he assured me that it's my body adjusting.

I few was feeling good when I woke up yesterday so I made sure to walk a bit more because either way I'd be tired today.

I'm experiencing this today . I am only on my 4th day post op but have felt pretty good the last few until today, it hit like a ton of bricks no energy at all.
