Helpppp! I got Diarrhea

I had my surgery on 10/19 I was fine the first 3 days but now when I drink fluids I get really bad diarrhea and my stomach is constantly hurting like I need to use the bathroom all the time. I don't know what to do. I called my doctor and he said that was normal. Did anyone feel this way?

I would think a full liquid diet would be the culprit, or maybe even a reaction to various pain meds and such. I had my gallbladder out 15 years ago and am prone to diarrhea very easily since then, I fully expect to have it after my sleeve surgery next Monday.
