Pre-op testing - exercise evaluation?

Hi all, I have an appointment next week with my surgeon's group. We will do several clearances all in one day: the psychiatric clearance, nutritionist clearance, and exercise evaluation. I get the first two, but does anyone else know what to expect from the exercise evaluation? It's not cardiopulmonary clearance, but I'm not sure exactly what it is. Anybody else had to do this?

We have a Physiologist in our program too. I didn't have to see them and I'm not sure why but I assumed it was for those that had more issues with mobility or with lymphedema.

That's interesting. I wonder if my surgeon just has everybody do it just in case. I do not have any issues with lymphedema, and I definitely do not have mobility issues (I teach exercise classes, lol :) )

Thank you @@KristenLe I am glad to see you recovering well!

In mine, the Dr. I met with talked about my exercise experience, my knee problems, and then we discussed an exercise plan that would take into account my physical issues and that is would actually follow. It was probably the most helpful of my preop sessions.
