How do you take medication post op?

I was told to crush meds and put in pudding. Is there a better way? I'm 3.5 weeks out and can't swallow pills yet.

I'm 3.5 weeks out and can swallow small pills. I first started with cutting them in half. I couldn't stand crushing them. I have one that i have to open (capsule) and i mix it in lemonade. You could also try mixing it into applesauce, yogurt, Jello, etc

I was advised to take them with unsweetened applesauce, however, I soon began to add them to Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt and that added an extra 15 grams of Protein in the morning and another 15 grams in the evening. I have a mix of pills with some needing to be taken in the morning and others at night before I go to bed.
