Face weight loss

Hi all..I'm 3 months out from surgery and I've lost a lot of weight in my face! I admit to not being very savvy on make up and face care. But I've noticed lines and wrinkles that were not really there before moatly around my eyes, mouth & neck. So I'm wondering is anyone has a face cream they like and use for firming?

Find a dermatologist, hopefully a good one with an esthetician. Almost nothing you buy over the counter is going to give you the results that a good derm, some creams and a few chemical peels or microderm treatments can do.

You can get retinol from a dermatologist, but sounds like what you really need are injectable fillers. Just make sure you go to someone who is a real artist about it.
