The scale finally moved

For 3 weeks the scale didn't budge an ounce , then finally this week down 7 pounds . Sticking to program with no hunger . But my question : does another stall start since I did lose 7 pounds or will I continue to lose weight weekly ?

@@bellabeans

possibly to both questions

many people have a few stalls

others have more frequent stalls

i don't think having a stall,

has anything to do with how much weight you've lost (1 or 7+ lbs)

your stall is now over, following all the rules etc

you should continue to loose

but...............eventually you might have another stall, and so on, and so forth

you are NOT on an OFFICIAL stall if you haven't lost weight for 2,3+ days

you ARE on an OFFICIAL stall when your weight hasn't changed in 3+ weeks

congrats on loosing 7 lbs

keep up the good work
