Just felt like passing out....

5 days post op and I was changing my gauze and all of a sudden I got super clammy and felt like I was going to pass out. I ran to my room and laid down and was fine but even my legs were sweating. Has anyone experienced anything like that?

yes, unfortunately i've had many dizzy spells that early on, the worst of them being if i'm in the shower too long or changing positions from lying down to sitting up. i had to end up going to the hospital at one point because it was so bad, but i felt better after i was given some iv bags of fluid. i think at this point getting in enough water is critical because you don't want to get dehydrated, if you're not taking in enough water it's easy to feel very dizzy. take it very slowly when changing positions too. good luck :)

I've gotten more water in today than I have since being off IV. Maybe I was looking down too long though. I almost got down a 32oz Gatorade today. I tried to get in more than that but I feel like I'll explode if I do
