How much Water am I suppose to be getting in within an hour? And does 64oz of fluids mean just water or can it be hot tea, Protein, sf tea, liquid sf Jello

typically it would include all fluids (teas count). Yesterday was the first day i got to 64oz..yay.

I'm still on a Fluid diet so I'm trying to get through at least 3 16oz bottles (500ml) of Water a day plus my other fluids...I want to eventually get to 4. so I try and finish one bottle in the am, one in the afternoon and one in the evening.
