3rd shift munchies ideas

This used to be the worst snack time for me. Tonight I am back on 3rd 2 weeks post op. What are some great alternatives.

Can't be crunchy (I'm on soft foods so that's easy)

No strong odor

Prefer non refrigerated or something I don't have to cook.

Any ideas
