I was on the pureed phase still at 4 weeks, I was told not to worry about the amount but focus on getting 60g+ protein and 64oz water. Generally, I was able to eat about 3-4 oz of pureed foods. Solid foods are another thing altogether. At 2-3 oz, I can't eat anymore.

Every program will vary a little bit -- or a lot. You may want to clarify with your own program. The rules of my program were:

Pureed stage (weeks 4 - 8): 3 meals per day, 1.5 ounces of food per meal max

Soft foods stage (week 8 - month 6): 3 meals per day, 3 oz of food per meal max.

I'm three weeks out but definitely eat more than 1.5 oz per meal. Probably closer to 2.5 or even 3. I'm only averaging 400-500 calories a day.
