Shelly's pot roast tossed in the food processer over about 2 spoons of mashed potatoes

Refried Beans with melted cheese, avocado (mild salsa over them sometimes) apple sauce, I found a ricotta bake on line for patients. I would wait toward the end of your purée phase and you stomach may need a little more time to learn to digest. Cream Soups.
