I am on the one meal a day & 2 shakes stage...

How do you manage being so hungry? I have been doing the shakes to keep me not as hungry, but throughout the day I often wonder about what to eat knowing that I can't... how do you deal?

    The excitement of what to come motivated me to do it. It wont hurt for you to snack on low carb, low fat items. The point of preop is to shrink your liver.

    At least your pre diet plan included 1 meal. I had to do 14 days of liquids, Water and 3 Protein shakes per day. Thats it. But when i did get hungry, i drank some chicken broth. If i just had to have something, i ate some popcorn. I still lost 18lbs. Good luck
