Break down

My husband and I was making a decision on what to have for dinner, but I can't eat what he eats. I had an emotional breakdown. Started crying and telling him how hard it's been. He was complete understanding. Held me and let me cry it out. I'm so thankful for my support system.

You're very lucky I'm not sure what you're eating is right now but I hope they let you know that eating high protein and low to no carbs can put you into ketosis which messes with you emotionally..

You're very lucky :) I'm not sure what you're eating is right now but I hope they let you know that eating high protein and low to no carbs can put you into ketosis which messes with you emotionally.. Just a little FYI in case you didn't know like I didn't the first time it happened to me
