Wedding coming sizing questions

My surgery is scheduled for 1/3/20-17, my wedding is 5/27/2017. I'm having a corset back put into my wedding dress. It's about an inch too small now. How far out should I wait before I have the dress sized do you think??

    I would ask your seamstress what's the shortest time around she can meet prior to the wedding. I believe I needed two weeks with my dress. The last wedding I was in they gave me until the week before the wedding for final measurements. I had just had a baby.
