How long did it take for the doctors office to contact you after you were approved? I talked to the insurance company Monday and was approved but have not heard anything from the doctors office this week. I got a email last week from them saying we should have an approval before the end of the week but haven't heard anything since.

@@mshaw Call them. Sometimes things get put aside when they're busy - I wouldn't hesitate to call.

I found out why she hasn't got up with me this week, other than my file just laying somewhere. She is out of the office until Monday. So at least I know why I haven't got a pre op appointment.
