Turkey, tuna, cheese, cruciferous and leafy green vegetables.

I've eaten the same dinner almost every day. I have four shakes and one meal-diced chicken, 1/4 c brown rice, sautéed broccoli and Thai Chili Sauce (I'm allowed 50 calories per day for condiments). Filling and flavorful and it keeps my stomach happy
