Gained 15 lbs. Help!

I'm 1 year a 7 months out and I've put on 15 lbs from my lowest and it's all in my tire. I have a wedding to attend this coming Saturday. So that gives me 5 good days for liquid diet and exercise. How much weight do you guys think I can lose in that period of time?? Has anyone ever been through this?

I'm only 3 months post op but-- at almost 2 years out you should have a better handle on this situation. I doubt there is much you will be able to do in 5 days. I suggest gaining control of your eating-- by following the guidelines provided to you post op. Start from there. You did not provide much in the way of info in terms of what behaviors led you to a 15 lb gain? What are you currently doing? Not sure if you are exercising-- meeting your Protein, or Fluid requirements? Are you taking in too many carbs, calories, over what period of time did this gain occur? You should still be closely monitoring your weight to make adjustments as necessary. In the meanwhile I would dust myself off and get a good shapewear undergarment, wear an outfit that is flattering to your body type and start fresh. If necessary make an appt with your surgical team meet with your dietician review your current intake and relax you can do this.

You've come this far-- use the tool to your advantage the rest is up to you. I'm rooting for you!!!!!!
