Sleeping problems

Has anyone experienced not being able to sleep at night. I've been home 3 nights now and keep waking up for no apparent reason and it's hard for me to go back to sleep. I try not to sleep during the day because of this issue. Ugh so annoying.

I hv the issue cuz I'm always moving and going here n there n because of the surgery I hv to rest more n the body is not getting tired... I feel I m resting more n not working as much as I used to and ATM the body needs a lot of rest .. sleep whenever u can n rest more so u can heal n get back to ur daily routine
