I think the Vitamin Shoppe has them as well. They were my only choice during those post-surgery days. However, I would highly recommend trying a few flavors before hand even though there's a chance your tastes will change right after the surgery. I liked pretty much all but one of the flavors I tried. Unfortunately I can't remember offhand what that was since it was over a year ago.

I got them at GNC but Amazon also sells them. I personally did not like the green apple or the pineapple one. The grape, orange and fruit punch seem to me as the best flavors.

Maybe I should try this Isopure? Does it make you "gassy" like the meal replacement shacks?

It doesn't make me gassy. However I drink like 4 oz at a time because it's strong and at times I find it leaves a bit of a residue in my mouth. Not sure if it's because of the high Protein amount. It might just be me but it's like a film in my mouth if I drink too much.

I drink only 4 oz myself. I like the taste of my Protein powder. It makes me horribly gassy. Maybe it is just the powder that I am using?

I'm glad you mentioned this lol. I thought I was doing something wrong. I have gas bad with these shakes. Makes my dog get away from me sometimes!!!
