Keep food hot?

This is probably a dumb question - but I eat so slowly now, my food gets cold. The obvious answer is putting it in the microwave but - 2x a meal is annoying. Any clever solutions?

The person who runs my support group recommends getting a candle warmer and putting your plate on it while you eat. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  • There's some cup warmers you can get. I bought a container that keeps cold or hot.

  • I bet one of those yeti type cups would work. The Walmart brand is about $7 for the small one.

I use a large coffee mug warmer. I found a beautiful antique Victorian cheese plate that fits onto it perfectly.

I hate eating cold food! :)
