Gym workout

Whats the go to work out and how long. Ive never worked out at a gym I would love to work out my buttocks area alot as well.

Can't go wrong with walking on the treadmill. I'm headed there right now haven't been in almost a year figure now would be a good time to start

Usually if you join a gym they have a free assessment and intro type thing where they will explain different machines and show you how they work
