For me it seems the more i drink the more thirsty i get. Also someone told me it could be a sign that your body is going into ketosis, which is a good thing to get the pounds off. If you can't make yourself drink more and the dry mouth is driving you crazy you could always get biotene mouthwash...it's made specifically for dry mouth. Hope this helps!

How much are you drinking total in a day and how much do you weigh?

I wish I felt thirsty. Can't get my fluids in. Trying to sip Water all day and still can't get enough. Good luck, but don't chug.

30oz in a day is dangerously low - you will go into dehydration. You need to get a minimum of 48oz a day in and should really be working toward 64oz in a day. I know it is hard those first few days - I was only hitting about 40-44 until day 5 when overnight, I was suddenly able to easily go to getting at least 50oz day and then a couple days later was finally able to consistently get 64oz.

277 drinking 30oz

No wonder you are thirsty!!!! 64oz is bare minimal for a "normal" size person. At your weight, 135oz would be optimum for weight loss.
