Sushi?

When can we have sushi? I have a friend who's nutritionist gave her the go ahead!! Mine said no rice, so I figured I'd ask here. HerNUT also said she can have whole grain bread! ... we're 3 months out.

I just wish they would all use the same damn rules!

I like the no rice sushi and it is good Protein. I think it is called sashimi. Basically just the fish. I could have it at 4 weeks but am a bypass patient.

Having different rules is frustrating.

Check your plan. But sashimi is a likely good and yummy start. You don't want to waste space with rice anyway.
