I was wondering about the cream Soups like split pea. If we are only to eat 1/2 cup at a time does this also mean only 1/2 cup of cream Soup too?

I never measured soup that early on, but 1 can of condensed lasted me 3-4 "meals" ... I'd caution eating the whole thing at once.

1/2 a cup for soups too....they slide down faster, so you don't feel as full...like you could eat more. But I'd stick with measurements your dr gives you.
