Protein snacks 3 weeks post op?

I'm approaching 3 weeks and I've tried a academic and onions with boiled eggs. Bad?

I've also tried nuts like cashews, sun flower seeds and I want to try pistachios.

What Protein Snacks have you sleevers been trying 3 weeks post op?

protein shakes were the only snacks I was allowed during weight loss phase.

Are you cleared for nuts and seeds? I wasn't cleared for those until much later. At three weeks I was still on soft foods. It is very important to follow your food phases post-op.

I don't know what academic and onions is. Boiled eggs should be ok but may be too dry this early out. At three weeks, soft and moist worked better than dry food for me.

That early out, Snacks and meals for me were the same foods: Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, turkey, Protein shakes, etc.

I wasn't allowed seeds or nuts for 6-8 weeks and "snacks" were highly discouraged.

I did eat hummus, yogurt, mashed avocado, warmed Peanut Butter, bisque soups', cheese'. I was still on purees' at three weeks. In fact, I'd just started it.

I was on soft foods for 5 weeks which definitely didn't include nuts or seeds.

Now that I am on mushie foods, and cream soups, I'm not hungry enough for snacks, and before this I was on full liquids so there were no appealing snacks except maybe some unsweetened applesauce, if you call that appealing lol.
