I am 7 weeks post op and officially down a total of 60 lbs since starting this WLS journey! And 36 lbs since surgery!

@@Maddy18 wow I'm jealous! Did you experience any stalls. Cause I had my surgery 6 weeks ago and I haven't lost anything more in the last 2 weeks. I lost 15 pounds the first week and no more weight loss the last 2 weeks. I've had really good responses from people explains why that has happened. So I don't feel so discouraged now. But just wondering, did you monitor carbs, no sugar in sure, or monitor caloric intake? I would love to hear how you did it!!
