1 week post op

Hi All I just joined today. I am 1 week post op. Still on clear fluids. I started to refrain from drinking yesterday as it was causing me spasms. This morning I woke up vomiting and dry heaving. Today I started drinking again. I found coconut Water very easy to drink. But just wondering if it is any good..and how much is to much?
