Where is your headache? Is it across your forehead, at the back of your head, or all over? Are you having any other symptoms?

Sounds like a tension headache. Are you back to work?

Yes @caribear. I went back to work 2 weeks post op. I run a pizza place, so it's not like I'm sitting in front of a computer. The headaches are on my days off as well. I will just tell my husband that I require neck rubs more often now If my doctor would just give me back my ibuprofen, this wouldn't be an issue.

That's a good way to make a bad situation good :) I would try stretching your neck when you can, and try a different protein drink. It can't hurt. I also always recommend a good massage therapist, as long as you have clearance from your surgeon.
