Crackers

Can someone recommend a type of cracker that is lower carb and better for you AZ I want to stay low carb but definitely feel the need to have some type of bread / cracker product

I make crackers using almond flour. Very low carb and gluten free. You Mix 1 cup flour with 1 egg white. Till all moist. Roll out very thin on parchment paper, using a pizza cutter, cut out sized crackers. Sprinkle with whatever salt or seasoning you like. I like chili powder, garlic powder or salt, and seasoned salt the best.

Mr. Cheese O's snacks. You can find them on amazon. Minimal list of ingredients, real cheese, and 10-12 grams of protein per 100-120 cals. Satisfies the crave for something "crunchy and salty" as well...if that's what you're looking for.

Stay away from crackers.

I have tried an almond cracker and good old wheat thins with tuna for a meal. I can only eat 5 so carbs for the day are not a factor. But I agree stay away from crackers it can be a slippery slope. I know I have / had a carb addiction.
