2 weeks post op WOW!

Hi everyone,

Just giving a small update. I had surgery on 9/8 and as of today I am 2 weeks post op and 18 lbs down (28 if you count pre surgery diet)! My goal was just to reach 20 in a month and I almost reached that in two weeks! Though only 5 pounds of that 18 was this past week, I had lost 13 in the first week. I'm guessing that was mostly just water weight and being pumped with who knows what liquid at the hospital. I am drinking more than my 64 oz of water every day, starting working out this past Monday. Haven't had any aversions to foods so far. Here is to hoping my weight continues to melt away <3
