Hi everyone

iam new at this. I have been going through the steps to get the surgery done but they want me to lose some weight before they do it. But it is hard for me to get around because I have bad back problems. I was wanting to see if anyone has had the same problem and what is the best way to workout

We did no exercise and just ate according to our surgeons plan. If you can exercise, great! But if not it's okay. Discuss with your surgeon.
