Liquid diet

I'm having surgery tomorrow and have been doing great on liquids until today. I woke up with bad lower abdominal cramps. Anyone else experience this?

Thanks

  • Thank you for info. I think you are both right. Gotta love being a female. I just got over a bout of diverticulitis but this felt different. Good luck tomorrow

I have surgery tomorrow too. My pre op diet caused me to get my period. Probably from some weight loss. I've also been getting some gas pains depending on what I have been eating. But my pre op diet isn't just liquid. Good luck!
