Head hunger alert! All I want to do now is find and eat quest chips, goldfish, pasta, and bars! My imagination is running wild.

This was snickerdoodle quest protein snack (to die for) with halo too ice cream and sugar free chocolate syrup. Amazingggggg. Like 11net carbs.

Watch out for heating the Protein too much. I was told this week that 176F is the max heat for powder etc protein. Higher than that, the protein changes and is not as potent anymore.

As for Quest, I like the Cookies and cream version.

Trader Joe's also carry some nice ones like peppermint, lemon etc that are not that dry.
