Sounds like you are losing a lot of Fluid and you may be at risk of dehydration. Make sure you are drinking enough Water. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

If I were you I wouldn't worry about the weight loss at this point.....just focus on getting your Fluid and Protein .....the rest will fall into place. You're not losing too fast.....it'll even out.

Hey All,
I had surgery on Monday and am already down 14 lbs. I know it's usually a lot at first, but I'm afraid this is too quick?
I haven't been THAT good at getting Protein in though i am trying. Just worried my body is just not getting enough, and this isn't the "right" way to lose the weight.
