Soft food stage

I am 4.5 weeks out and am in soft food stage. I have been doing some traveling and eating out. Some of the easiest things to eat have been scrambled eggs, baked fish, refried beans, egg drop soup- all of which are acceptable with my surgeon. I have to admit that I have also had a couple of bites of lasagna here and there and ate half of a tamale for dinner once when suitable choices were scarce. While the texture of these foods isn't bad, the nutritional value is questionable. When traveling, I also bring a small cooler with greek yogurt and protein drinks in case my tummy gets picky.
