Just wanted to chime in that I got a two-fer when I went to my doctor light headed this week

He stopped one of my blood pressure meds... hence the lightheadedness. Then he went on to remove Diabetes from my chart! I nearly cried.

      This is really why I did it. The comorbidities are more important to me to eliminate than the weight itself. Don't get me wrong, it feels good to get on the scale and eventually be in smaller clothes

      wonderful feeling! this is just great! I had my surgery - went to the seminar right after being diagnosed with diabetes. my recent A1c was 5.4 - when I recently saw my staff did not take my blood

    This is really why I did it. The comorbidities are more important to me to eliminate than the weight itself. Don't get me wrong, it feels good to get on the scale and eventually be in smaller clothes but diabetes was a dragon I was very keen on slaying.
