I am 4 weeks post op and struggling with energy at work. I dont like coffee and dont want to drink an energy drink. I was thinking about a 5 hour energy since it is less liquid to drink. Suggestions?

Yeah, don't. Those things are poison and should be taken off the market. I put those things right up there with the Car Title Loan places as perfect examples of taking advantage of people.

I don't recommend taking that either. Are you taking regular vitamins? Try caffeine in other products (tea, crystal light). Although - it's normal to be fatigued.

Make sure you are taking your chewable Vitamins and get your Protein in.

I drink Spark and at least it gives me Vitamins as well.
