My last appointment

Soon nervous, sitting in the Drs office for my last appointment. I have a low BMI and need to maintain. I couldn't sleep at all. Woke up at 3 an and my weight was spot on. Ugh before I left the house I was 1.5 lb heavier...so nervous. I didn't eat much yesterday or today. I'm scared I have a gain and insurance will deny me. Are they that picky?

      @@kitkattulsa Did they say anything? If they do - ask them to re-weigh you on the other scale (take off everything possible without being arrested for indecent exposure! LMAO).

      The PA said I'm fine. If the insurance was going to be that chosen they would have denied me for not losing much. I'll find out in a week. It's so stressful. I would have thrown we ights in my poc

    Thank you..now the Dr scale shows 2 lb more...they weighed me on a different scale than last time :(
