My surgeon is booked until 4 weeks out.

Every insurance is different but after the requirements were satisfied another two weeks passed before the scheduler called. And then the surgery wasn't for another month after that due to the surgeon's busy schedule. Good luck!

Mine was scheduled 2 weeks after insurance approved. But, I was sorta penciled in before approval because I was trying to do it over spring break while I was out of work for a week.
