I'M VEGETARIAN!

So I see so many posts about the food types that need to be consumed post surgery but from the looks of it, it seems that one MUST consume at least egg and fish which I don't!!! I do consume dairy and milk products though but nothing else i.e. egg or fish etc. so what can I do?

And just in case you're wondering, yes I am an obese vegetarian. I'm 440lbs and I'm vegetarian! lol...

There are Protein supplements that you'll learn about. I'm sure you know that whole grains and legumes together provide complete protein, etc., etc. (Watch the amounts!!) There are options for you and plenty of sources of info. (I'm not the source, though, as I'm not vegetarian.)

I eat a lot of Beans, regular cheese, cottage and ricotta cheese, yogurt, quinoa and whey-based protein supplements. You'll be great at it!
