United Healthcare questions...

I'm switching, after 15 years, from BCBS PPO IL to United Healthcare. Of course I know this is a fairly large insurance provider, but I'm wondering what those of you who have it think about it? I'm post-op, but going forward, are they fairly easy to deal with? Coverage issues??

      I have Unitedhealthcare. I've never had any issues with it. I had to go through the appeals process for sleeve surgery though. My bmi wasn't high enough.
