Fairlife Milk. I have been lactose intolerant for 30 years! After WLS switched from lactaid milk to fairlife. More protein and calcium and less sugar! Taste more like regular milk. Lactaid has a sweet taste. It made me sick after surgery which is why I switched. I eat yogurt and cheese and cottage cheese with lactaid pills. Did this before and after surgery. Good luck and enjoy your dairy!
